Unit Plans

Terms and licence

Last updated November 3, 2026.

What you're buying

A licence to use a unit's files in your own teaching. You can print them, edit them, and share them with your students and their families, including through Google Classroom or another class website that only your students can see.

Single teacher licence

For one teacher's classes, for as long as you teach the unit. Please don't share the files with other teachers. A colleague can buy their own copy, or your team can buy a grade team licence.

Grade team licence

For up to 5 teachers at one school. Each of them may use the files in their own classes.

What isn't allowed

Selling the files, posting them where anyone can download them (for example a public website or a resource-sharing site), or using them to make another product for sale.

Refunds

If a unit isn't right for your class, email help@unitplans.ca within 7 days of buying for a full refund.

Accuracy

Units are checked carefully, but please review a lesson before you teach it. If you find a mistake, tell us and we'll fix it and send the corrected files to everyone who bought the unit.

Curriculum

Units are written to the Ontario curriculum and refer to its expectations by code. Unit Plans is not affiliated with the Ontario Ministry of Education or any school board.
